is proud to introduce the first conversion kit
for motorcycle. The 3KWt brushless motor coupled
with the controller is capable to deliver power
equivalent and better than 125cc gasoline motorcycle.
It is capable to reach 80km/h. The controller
automatically switches between four gears depending
on the road conditions. All shifting is electronically
controlled by 24 bit CPU integrated in the controller
and it is smooth and transparent for the rider.
The CPU estimates the resistance and continuously
switches between the four electronic gears providing
maximum performance with minimum consumption.
It resembles Continuously Variable Transmission
(CVT) without any friction involved. The electronic
CVT ensures the maximum necessary torque required
during acceleration and hill climbing and automatically
reduces it when not required, thus saving energy
and increasing the speed. Therefore the maximum
current drawn from the power source does not
exceed 60 amperes. A patent is pending for this
unique electronic driving system.
The wheel is equipped with hydraulic disk brake
and DOT approved 12 layers Kenda tire. It is
suitable to replace any standard 10” motorcycle
wheel or to be used as a stand alone driving
wheel on electric vehicle project. The kit comes
with 5pcs 12V/50AH deep cycle VRLA marine type
batteries. A lithium Ion battery can be alternatively
used.
