WARRANTY AND AFTER WARRANTY SERVICE
At E-Ride we have 1000 sq ft workshop equipped with state of the art battery lab and mechanical workshop. To keep your bike in a top shape we take a commitment to do check ups, tune ups and maintenance during and after warranty period, many of them – free of charge.

BATTERY RESTORATION - We can restore your battery to its original condition.
If your scooter or bike is loosing range, the battery may possibly have started developing sulfation. In early stage of sulfation you may even not notice a considerable difference in your range. A properly used, charged and maintained battery should last at least two years. More than 80% of the battery is disposed before the 48 months period due to sulfation build-up. This build-up occurs when the sulfur molecules begin to coat the battery's lead plates. Before long the plates become so coated that the battery dies. The causes of sulfation are numerous.

The sulfation can be reversed and the battery brought to almost original condition. The earlier the desulfation is performed, the closer to its original state can the battery be recovered. Under normal condition a desulfation is recommended to be performed after 6 months of battery use. There are several methods of battery desulfation. At E-RIDE we have professional battery restoration equipment that rejuvenates the batteries up to 97% of their original state by equalizing charge technology.

The high recovery efficiency is achieved in two stages by using computerized discharging unit and equalizing charging unit.By removing the lead-sulfate deposits on the battery plates, active material is exposed which allows the dead battery to once again accept and release energy.

No need of battery restoration will be required if a portable desulfator is used from the beginning of the battery use on every charge.

Don’t wait the battery to die completely. Then sulfation is irreversible and the battery can not be restored. The earlier the desulfation is performed, the higher the recovery percentage will be.

At E-RIDE we will restore your batteries FREE OF CHARGE before the warranty is expired (first 6 months). After that period we can also rejuvenate and extend the life of any battery for the cost of $15 per battery.

TESTING THE BATTERY CHARGER – Test your charger AT NO EXTRA COST to prevent damage of your batteryyour batter
If your charger doesn’t function properly or it is the wrong charger your battery performance will gradually deteriorate until prematurely die. When you charge your battery the most important is that the charger would stop charging them at the right time. If the charging is stopped before the battery is fully charged this causes reduction of the battery capacity and subsequent sulfation. If the charger overcharges the battery this will cause overheating of the battery and plates corrosion.

At E-RIDE we can test the capability of your charger to terminate battery charging at the right moment by using professional charger testing equipment. This unit simulates the process of battery charging and the right charging termination point when the charger should terminate the active charging stage and trigger the trickle charge stage.

At E-RIDE we can test the chargers FREE OF CHARGE for our customers. This procedure takes less than 5 minutes, won’t cost you anything and could save your battery.
